The Sewer Commission/Board of Selectmen, Board of Health, Fire
Department, Conservation Commission and Assessing Department shall
approve all building permits that involve land alteration or the construction,
alteration or demolition of a structure by having the Chairman/department
head or his/her designee sign and date the application. The applicant
shall be responsible for securing the signatures of the boards, departments
and commissions mentioned above.
