No person shall fire or discharge any firearm,
air rifle, bow and arrow or slingshot within 500 feet of any occupied
dwelling or 100 feet of any street, across a public way or on any
private posted grounds, except with the consent of the occupant thereof;
provided, however, that this chapter shall not apply to the use of
such weapons at any military exercise or in the lawful defense of
the person, family or property of any citizen, nor to any act or duty
required or justified by law.

Hunting and firearms are prohibited in Hager
Park, the Rambler Recreation Area, and the Crocker Pond Recreation
Area.
