Junkyards — See Ch. 125.
No unregistered motor vehicle which has been
abandoned or is partially dismantled or is otherwise unusable shall
be stored, other than in a garage or other building, within one hundred
(100) feet of a public way or within fifty (50) feet of a property
line.
A.
This provision shall not apply to any vehicle which
the Select Board, after hearing, shall determine is in the process
of repair or that the owner thereof intends in good faith to register
the same within a period of no more than sixty (60) days.

B.
Exempt from this chapter are vehicles used for agricultural
and construction purposes.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall be fined not more than twenty dollars ($20.) for
each offense.
