No motor vehicle shall make a right turn on
red at any of the corners of Main Street and Delaware Avenue at any
time.
Appropriate signs indicating the prohibited
turning shall be installed at each corner of the intersection in accordance
with the specifications of the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
This article shall take effect upon final passage
and publication as provided by law and upon approval by the New Jersey
Department of Transportation.

Any person found guilty of a violation of this
article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment
in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days or a period
of community service not exceeding 90 days, or a combination thereof.
