The playing of baseball and football within the Village of Canton shall be prohibited on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on grounds approved by the Board of Trustees.
It shall be unlawful to exhibit motion pictures commercially in the Village of Canton on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight.
It shall be unlawful to operate a billiard parlor in the Village of Canton on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight.
It shall be unlawful to operate a bowling alley in the Village of Canton on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight.
It shall be unlawful to commercially operate an arena in the Village of Canton for hockey or basketball on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight.
The racing of horses, whether or not an admission fee is charged, shall be prohibited in the Village of Canton on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on grounds approved by the Board of Trustees.
The racing of stock cars, whether or not an admission is charged, shall be prohibited in the Village of Canton on Sundays, except between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Where no penalty is otherwise provided, every violation of this chapter of the Code of the Village of Canton shall be considered disorderly conduct and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50, and in default of such fine each defendant convicted shall be imprisoned not more than one day for each dollar of fine imposed.
