[Adopted 4-23-1973]
The Village of Cedarhurst does hereby adopt §§ 75-e and
75-g of the Retirement and Social Security Law as presently in effect for
all employees of the Village of Cedarhurst, effective June 1, 1973.
The initial actuarial payments to the capital system of all additional
obligations created by such benefits shall be included in the budget, and
the fiscal officer of the Village of Cedarhurst shall be directed to pay the
same upon receipt of a proper invoice.
