[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cedarhurst 3-2-1964 as Ch. 14, Art. II, of the 1964 Code of Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Building construction — See Ch. 95.
No dwelling, house, barn, outbuildings or any other structure shall be moved upon any street or streets of the village unless the Board of Trustees shall grant a permit for such moving.
Such permit shall be granted under such restrictions and conditions as the Board of Trustees may seem proper.[1]
Editor's Note: Former Sections 14-19, Application for permit, 14-20, Cash deposit, bond to accompany application, 14-21, Fee for permit, and 14-23, Liability insurance prerequisite to doing moving work, were deleted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a penalty set in accordance with Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
