GENERAL REFERENCES
Building construction — See Ch. 95.
No dwelling, house, barn, outbuildings or any other structure shall be moved upon any street or streets of the village unless the Board of Trustees shall grant a permit for such moving.
Such permit shall be granted under such restrictions and conditions as the Board of Trustees may seem proper.[1]

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a penalty set in accordance with Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
