The fee for a general permit shall be as set
by the Board of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of its members
present at the Board meeting and payable on filing the application.[1]

The fee for Industrial Waste Engineering shall
be set by the Board of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of
its members present at the Board meeting.[1] An inspection charge of 1% of the estimated cost of the
construction of the external sewers from the available Village of
Cedarhurst house connection to the point where the sewer enters the
building. The estimated cost of construction is to be determined by
the Village of Cedarhurst. No work will commence until Village inspectors
are on the job site. The fee for a special permit shall consist of
the sum total of the charges, described above and shall be payable
before issuance of the permit.

The proceeds of the fees collected under this
article shall be deposited by the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
A.
The Village may adopt charges and fees[1] as part of their industrial pretreatment program, which
may include:
(1)
Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and
operating the Village's industrial pretreatment program;
(2)
Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance
procedures;
(3)
Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures
and construction;
(4)
Fees for filing appeals;
(5)
Fees for consistent removal (by the POTW) of pollutants
otherwise subject to federal pretreatment standards;
(6)
Other fees as the Village may deem necessary to carry
out the requirements contained herein.

These fees relate solely to the matters covered by
this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the
Village.
