[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cedarhurst:
Art. I, 3-22-1964 as Ch. 11, § 7 of the 1964
Code of Ordinances, amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see
Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I); Art. II, 10-6-1986
by L.L. No. 22-1986, amended in its entirety at time of adoption
of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). Subsequent amendments noted
where applicable.]

the 1964 Code of Ordinances; amended in its entirety at time of adoption of
Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
No person shall injure, mutilate, vandalize or destroy any fire hydrant,
street sign, electric light globe, electric light bulb, stanchion lighting
post or any other property owned by the village or place any obstruction of
any kind around or directly in front of any hydrant.

It shall be unlawful to wash, clean or wax any vehicle upon the public
streets and/or any public property within the General Business Districts,
including, but not limited to, any parking areas or lot within the General
Business Districts of Cedarhurst.

No person, without legal authority shall damage or deface the property
of another person or participate in the damaging, defacing or destruction
of the property of another.
