No person shall injure, mutilate, vandalize or destroy any fire hydrant, street sign, electric light globe, electric light bulb, stanchion lighting post or any other property owned by the village or place any obstruction of any kind around or directly in front of any hydrant.

It shall be unlawful to wash, clean or wax any vehicle upon the public streets and/or any public property within the General Business Districts, including, but not limited to, any parking areas or lot within the General Business Districts of Cedarhurst.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be liable to a penalty set in accordance with Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.

No person, without legal authority shall damage or deface the property of another person or participate in the damaging, defacing or destruction of the property of another.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be liable to a penalty set in accordance with Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
