No person shall climb on, jump on or attempt to ride upon a fire truck or other piece of fire apparatus on its way to or returning from a fire. No person except a fireman who is in the performance of his or her duties and upon fire station premises may board any fire apparatus.
No person shall willfully give or cause to be given a false alarm of fire in the Village, and no person shall willfully obstruct the operation of the Fire Department of the Village or shall willfully neglect or refuse to obey or attempt to prevent or obstruct the execution of any lawful order of the Chief of the Fire Department of the Village of Central Square at any fire within the Village.

The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a violation, and any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of not more than $250 or to not more than 15 days imprisonment, or both such fine and imprisonment.
