It is the desire of the said Commissioners of Hatfield Township, Montgomery
County, Pennsylvania, and that said Commissioners have hereby signified their
intention to organize an Industrial Development Authority in Hatfield Township,
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, under the Industrial and Commercial Development
Authority Law.[1]

Pursuant to said desire and intention and conformity with the terms
and provisions of said Industrial Development Authority Law, the proposed
Articles of Incorporation are hereby set forth in full as follows:

To the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, in compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Authority
Law of August 23, 1967, P.L. No. 102, and pursuant to the subsequent amendments
to said law and to a resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the
Township of Hatfield, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, that an Industrial
Development Authority be established under the provisions of the aforementioned
law, of the Commissioners of the Township of Hatfield, Montgomery County,
Pennsylvania, desire that an Industrial Development Authority be established
and that a Certificate of Incorporation be issued to said Authority and does
hereby certify:

The name of the Authority shall be Hatfield Township Industrial Development
Authority.

2.

The Authority shall be formed under the Industrial Development Authority
Law of August 23, 1967, P.L. 251, known as "The Industrial Development Authority
Law" and 73 P.S. § 371 & C.

3.
|
The name of the incorporating municipality is the Township of Hatfield,
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

4.
|
The names and addresses of the Board of Commissioners of the Township
of Hatfield, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, are as follows: [Here followed

The names and addresses and terms and wards of office of the first members
of the Board of said Authority are as follows: [Here followed the names, addresses
and terms of office of the first members.]

6.

The term of the existence of the Authority shall be 50 years from the
date of the filing of the Articles of Amendment to the Authority's Articles
of Incorporation.

The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said Authority shall be executed
by and on behalf of the Township by the President of the Board of Commissioners,
the Seal of the Township shall be thereto affixed and attested by the Secretary.
The Township Solicitor is authorized and directed and cause to be published
the notice of this article which shall contain the substance of the Articles
of Incorporation as required by the aforementioned Act and when said Articles
of Incorporation are properly executed the same shall be filed with the Secretary
of the Commonwealth.
