The Township Tax Collector for the year 1972
will be paid a maximum of $1,000 for clerical expense for the purpose
of processing the occupation privilege tax. Payment shall be made
periodically upon receipt of bills, setting forth the clerical expense
in regard thereto[1].

Editor's Note: Former Art. II, Board of Commissioners, adopted 3-7-1985 by Ord. No. 212B (Ch. 1, Part 1C, of the 1994 Code), which immediately followed, was repealed 7-22-2009 by Ord. No. 587, effective 1-1-2011, which ordinance also provided for the continuation of salaries and insurance of Commissioners with terms running from 1-1-2008 to 12-31-2011 or 1-1-2010 to 12-31-2013 until expiration of such terms. Former Art. III, Fire Marshal, adopted 8-26-1992 by Res. No. 92-26 (Ch. 1, Part 1G, of the 1994 Code), as amended, which previously immediately followed former Art. II, was repealed 12-21-2009 by Ord. No. 596.
