There shall be not fewer than 15 nor more than
99 Justices of the Peace in the Town of Woodbridge pursuant to § 9-183a
of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended. Each major party
may nominate in 1996 and quadrennially thereafter 1/3 of the total
number of allowable Justices of the Peace, and the Town Clerk shall
appoint in 1996 and quadrennially thereafter up to 1/3 of the allowable
Justices of the Peace in accordance with the procedures outlined in
§§ 9-183a through 9-184 of the Connecticut General
Statutes, as amended.
