The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Woodbridge
shall appoint a Zoning Enforcement Officer as of July 1 of each year
to serve for a period of such time as the Board of Selectmen may determine,
not to exceed two years or until a successor is appointed, as the
agent of the Board of Selectmen in the enforcement of the Zoning Regulations
of said Town.
The Zoning Enforcement Officer shall have all
of the duties and powers prescribed by the Zoning Regulations of the
Town of Woodbridge.
