Each Town officer, board, department, committee, commission, authority and trusteeship shall annually, and not later than January 15 of each year, prepare and submit to the Select Board a report in writing covering clearly and concisely the work of its department for the preceding year. Each of such reports shall be printed in the Annual Town Report, unless otherwise voted by the Town meeting.

All fees received by any Town officer by virtue of his office, except as otherwise provided by law, shall belong to the Town, and shall be duly paid into the Town treasury by such officer. The amounts of any such fees to which such officers are entitled by law shall be reported by them from time to time to the Select Board.

All municipal charges and bills shall be due and payable within 30 days from the date of issue. Municipal charges and bills not paid on time shall thereafter bear interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 14% per annum. The Select Board shall have the authority to abate any such interest charges, in whole or in part.
