A.
A refundable deposit of $50 will be charged for each
animal trap left on property for the purpose of entrapping wildlife
by the Dog Control Officer of the Town of Clarence.
B.
There shall be a fee equal to the amount of cost incurred
by the Town of Clarence to euthanize and dispose of wildlife which
has been trapped by a Town resident or the Dog Control Officer at
the request of a Town resident. Such fee will be in the amount of
$25.
D.
The above
fees may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Clarence
Town Board, subject to a public hearing. Any change in such fees will
be posted in the office of the Town Clerk and the Dog Control Officer.
