The following fees are to be levied for the purpose of reimbursing
the Town of Clarence for its administrative costs and expenses in
reviewing commercial subdivisions and open-area development projects
within the municipality so as to enable the various departments and/or
agencies to properly provide for and protect, by local law, the best
interests of the citizens of the community.
Fees shall be due and payable with each application necessary
for the progression of the project through the various administrative
steps before final approval.
