Editor's Note: This local law superseded former Ch. 103, Firearms,
adopted 9-19-1962, as amended.
The terms, as used in this chapter, shall have the same meanings as
defined by the New York Environmental Conservation Law and Codes, Rules and
Regulations.
A violation of this chapter shall be an offense punishable by a fine
of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both,
for each separate offense.
The use and/or discharge of any firearm shall not take place within
500 feet of a Town park or recreation area.
