The International Plumbing Code as adopted by New York State is designated
as the Official Plumbing Code of the Town of Clarence and shall apply wherever
the terms the "Plumbing Code" or "Plumbing Law" appear in this chapter. This
will include inspection of all inside and outside plumbing installations for
compliance.
The requirements of the Town of Clarence Sanitary Sewer Use Ordinance[1] must be met when installing lateral sanitary sewers in the Town
of Clarence Sanitary Sewer Districts.

The requirements of the Erie County Sanitary Sewer District No. 5 (ECSD
No. 5) must be met when installing lateral sanitary sewers in ECSD No. 5.
The requirements of the Erie County Water Authority must be met when
installing water services in the Town of Clarence.
