Before installing a sewer lateral in any Town of Clarence sewer district or any Erie County sewer district, a sewer tap permit must be obtained from the Town of Clarence Building Department or the Erie County Sewer District having jurisdiction.
Before installing a water service connection in the Town of Clarence, a water tap permit must be obtained from the Erie County Water Authority.
Before doing any general plumbing work (except for that work described in §§ 151-24 and 151-25), a plumbing permit must be obtained from the Town of Clarence Building Department.
