The entrance fee for the master plumber and sewer contractor examination shall be as established by the Town Board. A double fee shall be charged if there is only one applicant for any given examination.
The fee for a master plumber's license shall be as established by the Town Board per year, each license expiring December 31 next after issuance.
The fee for a journeyman plumber's license shall be as established by the Town Board per year, each license expiring December 31 next after issuance.
The annual fee for a sewer contractor's license shall be as established by the Town Board per year, each license expiring December 31 next after issuance.
The sewer tap fee for Town of Clarence Sanitary Sewer District No. 2 shall be as established by the Clarence Town Board in the Sewer Use Ordinance.[1]

The sewer tap fee for Erie County Sewer shall be as established by the Erie County Sewer District Board of Managers.
The water tap fee for all Clarence taps shall be as established by the Erie County Water Authority.
The fee for fixtures will be as established by the Town Board.
All fees payable to the Town of Clarence (except for water tap permits) shall be collected by the Town Clerk and shall be paid by him/her to the Supervisor within 30 days after the receipt thereof and deposited in the appropriate fund.
