Any person who, without a license therefor, shall engage in any occupation
or activity which under this chapter requires a license shall be guilty of
an offense punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not to exceed $250,
or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both. The penalty shall
be determined by the Town Board based upon the recommendation of the Board
of Plumbing and Drainage Examiners.
Any person, with or without a license, who violates a requirement of
this chapter shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed
$250 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both. The penalty
shall be determined by the Town Board based upon the recommendation of the
Board of Plumbing and Drainage Examiners.
In addition to the above penalties, the Board of Plumbing and Drainage Examiners may suspend or revoke any license in accordance with § 151-23 of this chapter.
