The regulations concerning the operation of the Town of Dover town dumps
shall be as follows:
A.
All dump sites in the Town of Dover are closed to all
dumping on Wednesday of every week.
B.
The Wingdale Dump shall be opened from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. on the following days: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of each week.
C.
The Dover Dump shall be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
on the following days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week.
D.
There shall be an attendant on duty at all times during
dumping hours.
E.
Landfill operation is to be carried on and supervised
by the Town of Dover Superintendent of Highways.
