On the effective date of this article, the percentage
of exemption of real property within the Town of Dover from taxation,
special ad valorem levies and service charges otherwise allowed pursuant
to § 485-b of the New York Property Tax Law, for each and
every year of exemption permitted thereby, shall be and hereby is
fixed as:
