In the event that the Town of Farmington enacts or amends zoning regulations
by local law pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York,
a copy of such regulations need not be published in a newspaper in the manner
specified in § 264 of the Town Law of the State of New York if the
title of the new local law and an abstract thereof are published once in the
official newspaper of the Town.
