Not less than 100 square feet per mobile home of the mobile
home park area shall be devoted to recreational facilities, which
should be provided in a central location when possible. Where determined
necessary by the Town Board, thinking fountains shall be provided
in or near the recreation service areas and shall have a flow pressure
of at least 15 pounds per square inch and shall meet the standard
requirements of the Town Recreation Commission.
