Mobile home park areas shall be kept free of litter, rubbish
and other flammable materials.
Portable fire extinguishers approved by the local district shall
be kept in all service buildings and shall be maintained in good operating
condition.
No open fires shall be permitted except in facilities intended
for such purposes.
Fire hydrants shall be located within 500 feet of all structures
and shall deliver at least 75 gallons of water per minute at a flowing
pressure of at least 30 pounds per square inch at the highest elevation
point of the park.
Construction should provide reasonable assurance of safety to
life by making provisions to retard the progress and spread of fires
and by providing for means of egress which will minimize danger to
life from fire, smoke or resulting panic before structures are emptied.
