No person shall dock, park or leave any boat at any public dock
for a period longer than 48 hours without first obtaining the authorization
in writing from the Director of Public Works or Police Chief.
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be
punishable by the City authorizing the removal of any boat and any
costs for such including storage fees plus 50% and/or a fine not exceeding
$250 for each violation. Each day any such violation shall continue
shall constitute a separate violation.
