The right-to-farm notice as set forth on Exhibit A annexed hereto and made a part hereof[1] shall be given to all applicants seeking building and/or use permits from the Town of Ghent as well as to all applicants seeking subdivision approval from the Town of Ghient Planning Board and that such notice shall be set forth in the form of a stamp on all final approved subdivision maps in the Town of Ghent.

A true copy of this article shall be forwarded to the Columbia County Planning Department, confirming that this article has been duly adopted.
This article shall not in any way affect, modify or alter any existing local laws, rules, ordinances, resolutions or other provisions currently existing or hereinafter enacted in the Town of Ghent.
