The Town of Ghent does hereby appoint its Zoning Enforcement Officer
as the officer designated to receive applications for and to issue permits
for the public display of fireworks in the Town of Ghent in accordance with
all the applicable provisions of § 405.00 of the Penal Law of the
State of New York.
