A.
Any person, corporation or other entity who/which
violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation
and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $350,
or imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both, for a first offense;
for conviction of a second offense committed within a five-year period,
by a fine not exceeding $700, or imprisonment not to exceed 15 days,
or both; and for conviction of a third violation within a five-year
period, by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or imprisonment not to exceed
15 days, or both.
B.
In addition to other remedies provided by law, any
appropriate action or legal proceeding may be instituted or taken
by the Town in order to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business
or use contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
