Should any section or provision of this chapter be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.
The Town Board hereby declares that it would have adopted every section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter regardless of the fact that any other section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence, clause or phrase is declared invalid.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, as revised and amended by the Town Board on August 6, 1957, effective September 17, 1957, and any and all amendments thereto,[1] are hereby repealed. Such repeal shall not affect or impair any act done, offense committed or right accruing, accrued or acquired, or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred, prior to the time such repeal takes effect, but the same may be enjoyed, asserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted as fully and to the same extent as if such repeal had not been effected.
