Whenever the Borough Council shall restrict
the use of Borough water by order duly published, or by proclamation
issued by the Mayor of the Borough, no person shall use Borough water
in violation of such order or proclamation and for such violation
shall be subject to the penalties established herein, without notice.
The Superintendent or his designated representative
is authorized to issue a summons, returnable in Municipal Court, for
any violation of this chapter.
