[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Essex Fells 3-17-1992 by Ord. No. 92-595 (Ch. 9.12 of the 1992 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
Any person who shall be apprehended, either on foot or in any automobile, vehicle or public conveyance within the limits of the Borough, who is in the Borough for an unlawful purpose, shall be deemed and adjudged a disorderly person.
B. 
No person shall be present within the limits of the Borough for an unlawful purpose.
Any person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
