The Board of Supervisors of Upper Hanover Township
are hereby authorized, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
General Municipal Law and the Second Class Township Code, to enter
into a written agreement with the Upper Perkiomen Police Commission,
the Borough of Red Hill, the Borough of Pennsburg, the Borough of
East Greenville, as said municipalities are associated with each other
for the purpose of providing police protection for the citizens of
their respective municipalities.
