A.
All jitney fees, commuter parking fees and combination jitney/commuter
parking fees be and are hereby reduced by 25% for all Maplewood households
owning or leasing a fully electric vehicle, a plug-in hybrid vehicle
or a hybrid vehicle with a United States Department of Environmental
Protection Agency combined rating of 40 mpg or greater.
B.
The discount shall be applied by the Township Clerk upon receipt
of proof that the applicant is a Maplewood resident whose household
owns or leases a qualifying vehicle.
