The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the speed of vessels in the
waters of Lake George. It is adopted pursuant to Town Law § 130,
Subdivision 17, and Municipal Home Rule Law § 10.
No vessels shall be operated in the following locations at a speed in
excess of that indicated:

in the area between the southern tip of Tea Island and the midpoint of the
mouth of English Brook, which is the municipal boundary line with the Village

north by Carriage Hill docks and on the south by Muller Point, extending 500
feet into Lake George
