In the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury, New York, annual compensation
of the Mayor shall be the sum of $4,000, payable in equal quarterly installments,
and the annual compensation of each Trustee shall be the sum of $3,500, payable
in equal quarterly installments.
The rate of annual compensation of the Mayor and the Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury, New York, provided in § 48-1 shall take effect immediately upon the effective date of this article.

The Board of Trustees is authorized to provide, by resolution, compensation
for the Chairperson of the Village of Old Westbury Board of Zoning Appeals.
Any compensation provided in accordance with this article shall not exceed
$50 per meeting of the Board.
