No person shall enter upon any privately owned piece, parcel or lot of real property in the Village of Old Westbury without the permission of the owner, lessee or occupant thereof. The failure of the person so entering upon or found to be on such private property to produce upon demand, the written permission of the owner, lessee or occupant to enter upon or to be on such real property shall be and shall constitute presumptive evidence of the violation of this chapter.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to persons who are engaged in the exercise of municipal functions requiring such persons to enter upon private property; provided, however, that the failure of any such person to produce, on demand, proper identification shall be and shall constitute presumptive evidence of the violation of this chapter.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to minors under the age of 10 years.

The violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct, and any person violating the same shall be and is hereby declared to be a disorderly person and, for each and every offense, shall be subject to the payment of a fine not exceeding $250 for each and every offense.
