The Mayor is hereby delegated the authority
to authorize the attendance of municipal officers and employees at
certain official and unofficial conventions and conferences and is
further delegated the authority to authorize the payment of certain
expenses incidental thereto, all as defined in and pursuant to § 77-b
of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
