City of Oneonta, NY Article IV Turning Restrictions

§ 282-9 No right turn on red signal.

A. No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the following locations:

B. No person shall make a right turn during the period 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the following locations:

§ 282-10 Turning prohibitions.

No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the following locations:

The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction is hereby prohibited at the following locations:
