Taxation — See Ch. 197.
Pursuant to the authority granted to it by § 277 of the Highway
Law of the State of New York, the Town Board of the Town of Schodack hereby
exempts all property in the Village of Castleton-on-Hudson and all that property
in the Village of Nassau located within the boundaries of the Town of Schodack
for such items as are provided for by Subdivisions 3 and 4 of § 141
of said Highway Law of the State of New York. Said exemption shall be first
applicable to the levy and collection of such taxes for the town fiscal year
of 1966.
