A. 
The requirements contained herein, in addition to all other sections of this chapter, apply to all major subdivisions within the Schodack Terrace Aquifer.
B. 
The location of the Schodack Terrace Aquifer shall be as shown on the Official Town Map.
A. 
Borings constructed under the supervision of a qualified hydrogeologist shall be done to determine:
(1) 
The depth to groundwater.
(2) 
The depth to bedrock.
(3) 
The groundwater quality.
(4) 
The groundwater flow direction.
(5) 
Soil profiles.
B. 
Hydrogeologic report. A hydrogeologic report shall be submitted to evaluate the borings and assess:
(1) 
The existing chemical, physical and microbiological quality of the groundwater.
(2) 
The water supply potential of the property being developed.
(3) 
The significance of the property being developed as an aquifer recharge area and measures needed to mitigate the proposed loss of important recharge areas.
(4) 
The suitability of the soils on the property for the development of properly functioning subsurface disposal systems.
(5) 
Special requirements for the design of individual water supply wells when such wells are to be used in conjunction with individual on-site sewage disposal systems.
