The following parking restrictions are hereby established for Patriots Park:
A. 
No vehicles shall be permitted to park in Patriots Park except as follows:
(1) 
On the northern half of the park for a distance of 75 feet to the north of the center of the east entrance and for a distance of 45 feet to the north of the center of the west entrance, except that vehicles may use the roadway of the northern half of the park when attending Saturday and Sunday church services at the Immaculate Conception Church.
(2) 
On the southern half of the park for a distance of 45 feet to the south of the center of the east entrance and for a distance of 35 feet to the south of the west entrance.
(3) 
Upon written application to the Chief of Police stating the date, time and reason for such need to park and upon the written approval of the Chief of Police.
(4) 
During recreation events sponsored by the Recreation Department.
B. 
No vehicles shall be operated on the interior roadways of Patriots Park beyond the authorized parking locations as set forth above except:
(1) 
Emergency vehicles.
(2) 
Park maintenance vehicles.
(3) 
Vehicles of those attending Saturday or Sunday church services at the Immaculate Conception Church.
(4) 
Vehicles of those who have made written application to the Chief of Police and have received written approval from the Chief of Police.
A. 
The following parking restrictions are hereby established for Pierson Park:
(1) 
No parking at the gate entrance to the Park for 25 feet east to west.
(2) 
No parking at the garage entrance to the Recreation Building 50 feet from the building out (north and south).
(3) 
No parking at the west edge of the parking lot from the storage building northerly for a distance of 53 feet.
(4) 
Parking is limited to four hours between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. all days.

(5) 
Parking in one space in Lot E adjacent to Pierson Park, along the western row of the parking lot, shall be designated by signage as "Veteran Parking Only."

B. 
The following parking restrictions are hereby established for Losee Park:
(1) 
Restricted parking from the entrance to the ballfield north 150 feet, except for designated areas already reserved for recreation personnel or persons using the ballfield.
(2) 
On the south parking lot of Losee Park, restricted parking for ballfield and picnic use only.
C. 
The following parking restrictions are hereby established for Lagana Field:
(1) 
No parking on the field or property.
D. 
The following parking restrictions are hereby established for the Neperan Road Parking Lot (more commonly known as the "skating shack parking lot"):
(1) 
No parking except for the recreational use of the Tarrytown Lakes area.
(2) 
No parking in the said lot after sunset with the exception of parking in conjunction with Village-sponsored events in the Tarrytown Lakes area.
(3) 
The Chief of Police shall have the authority to grant short-term variances to this subsection upon written application to the Chief of Police stating the date, time and reason for the need for the variances. Requests shall be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the date(s) needed for the variance.
