§ 4-1 Appointment of Board.

The Mayor of the City of Watervliet, New York, shall have the power and authority to appoint a Board of Appeals to function under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Watervliet, New York (Ordinance No. 871),[1] and the Housing Code of the City of Watervliet, New York.[2]

§ 4-2 Supersession of statute.

This chapter shall supersede the provision of § 81 of the General City Law to the extent that said section is inconsistent with this chapter.
