As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
ascribed to them:
The swimming pool located and situated at Second Avenue, between
Fifteenth Street and Sixteenth Street in the city.
A person who resides within the city.
It shall be unlawful for any person to gain entrance to the municipal
swimming pool for the purpose of using the pool and the facilities therein
contained unless the person shall be a resident of the city.

Each resident entering the municipal swimming pool shall
be required to identify himself as a city resident by use of an official identification
card which may be obtained from the City Clerk or any other such person duly
authorized and appointed by the General Manager.

The General Manager is authorized to provide for the
obtaining and securing of said official identification cards by the residents
of the city and to provide for the application therefor.
