City of Watervliet, NY Article II Hours of Operation

§ 209-4 Prohibited hours; signage.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to gain entrance to or be within the following listed City of Watervliet parks between the following hours:

(1) Brotherhood Park, Twenty-Fifth Street and Sixth Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(2) Clinton Park, Clinton Street and Eighth Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(3) Seventh Street Park, Seventh Street and First Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(4) Red's Field, Eighth Street and Fourth Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(5) Eighth Street Basketball Court, Eighth Street and Third Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(6) Elk's Park, Sixth Street and Third Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(7) T/Sgt. Peter J. Dalessandro Veterans Memorial Park, Sixteenth Street and Second Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

(8) Veteran's Recreational Facility, Thirteenth Street and Second Avenue: 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

B. The General Manager is hereby authorized to secure and display signs indicating the following for the above-stated parks:

Park Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Resident ID Required.

No Pets Allowed in Park.

§ 209-5 Penalties for offenses.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.
