Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 260-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the City is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 260-38) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 260-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter, in the areas described in said schedule, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 260-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 260-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The locations described in Schedule VI (§ 260-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as mandated turns where the vehicles in the right lane must turn right.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 260-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VIII (§ 260-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 260-45), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§ 260-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule XI (§ 260-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.

A. 
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 260-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
B. 
No trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations, tractor-semitrailer combinations or tractor-trailer-semitrailer combinations in excess of 18,000 pounds and/or 65 feet in length and/or 13 feet six inches in height or eight feet in width shall be operated on 25th Street between 2nd Avenue and 12th Avenue within the City between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., and the penalty for violating this subsection shall be $100 for the first offense and $200 for any subsequent offense.
C. 
It shall be unlawful to park any backhoe, bulldozer or any other excavation equipment, bus, house coach, limousine, school bus, tractor-trailer, semi-trailer or combination thereof, stinger-steered automobile transporter, mobile car crusher, solid waste collection vehicle, concrete mixer truck, chemical/gas truck, fuel or oil truck, boat, boat trailer, utility trailer, truck trailer, dump truck, either by itself or in combination with a trailer, recreational vehicle or tow truck, on any City street between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This section shall not apply to vehicles and equipment used by public service utility companies when engaged in repairing or extending pubic service utilities and municipal vehicles. The penalty for violating this subsection shall be $100 for the first offense and $200 for any subsequent offense.
D. 
The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to remove or tow away, or have removed and towed away by a commercial towing service, any of the items listed in Subsection C that are illegally parked in violation of Subsection C and shall be stored in a safe place and shall be restored to the owner or operator thereof upon payment by said owner or operator, to the commercial towing service, of towing and storage charges.
