A separate trust account be hereby established
with the First National Bank of Allentown for the deposit of federal
revenue-sharing funds.
The Borough Secretary-Manager and Borough Treasurer
be authorized to administer, control and invest said monies in accordance
with all federal and state laws.

All appropriations from this account be made
by resolution of Borough Council. The annual budget resolution shall
serve as authority for all appropriations made in accordance therewith.
